Arizona Central Credit Union recently hired John Wright to fill the position of Senior Vice President/CFO and announced the promotion of Adam Jones to Senior Vice President/CIO.

Phoenix, AZ (allCUnews) November 1, 2009 -- Arizona Central Credit Union recently hired John Wright to fill the position of Senior Vice President/CFO and announced the promotion of Adam Jones to Senior Vice President/CIO.

Wright has more than 20 years of experience in the credit union industry, previously working for Desert Schools Federal Credit Union as CFO. In addition, he has worked for Riverside County's Credit Union, Arizona Media Credit Union, and U.S. Postal Service Federal Credit Union. In his new position he will oversee Finance, Lending, Marketing and Business Development.

Wright graduated from Wesley College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Jones has worked for Arizona Central since 2000 when he was hired has Project Manager. Since that time he has held the positions of Director of Information Technology and Vice President of Information Technology. In his new position he will oversee Branch Services, EFT, Risk Management, Network Services, Information Services and Document Retention.

Jones obtained his undergraduate business degree from the University of Phoenix and will graduate in December 2009 with an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Business.
