Red Rocks Credit Union Installs IMM’s TotaleAtlasWeb

Web-Based Document Delivery Solution to Dramatically Increase Convenience for Members

LINDEN, N.J.--(www.allCUnews.com)--Integrated Media Management® (IMM), a document output management and automation technology provider, announced today that Red Rocks Credit Union has completed installation of TotaleAtlasWeb. Based in Highlands Ranch, Colo., the credit union is using the remote digital signature capture and secure document delivery service to increase the benefits that it has already experienced with IMM’s TotaleAtlas.

“We have been using TotaleAtlas for several years and TotaleAtlasWeb is the next generation of the product, so we wanted to take that step,” Don Arkell, vice president of sales at Red Rocks CU, said. “There are similar products offered by other companies, but after doing our due diligence we decided to stay with IMM because of the superior technology and customer service that we have always enjoyed.”

TotaleAtlas provides users with a document preparation engine that captures signatures in-branch electronically and merges XML data with PDF documents. TotaleAtlasWeb takes the process a step further by capturing end users’ signatures remotely via the Web, utilizing a secure document delivery service. This gives members the ability to receive and sign documents securely whether sitting at home or traveling around the world.

Prior to installing TotaleAtlasWeb, members were required to visit a branch in order to sign documents. Although Red Rocks CU has a community charter, they have a large base of Lockheed Martin employees that are serviced through two onsite locations and convenience was an issue because the majority of its members work during the day. Also, it was inconvenient for retired members or non-retired members and/or their spouses to travel to a branch during inclement weather simply to complete paperwork.

Red Rocks CU now offers TotaleAtlasWeb as the first option to every member seeking a loan. As a result, the credit union has completed more than five times the number of online transactions in its second month of offering this service in comparison to the first month.

“Since installation, we’ve been very happy with TotaleAtlasWeb,” Arkell added. “The product makes doing business with the credit union more convenient for our members, which will ultimately lead to increased loan volume. Also, we have a highly efficient, scaleable business model where we’d like to accommodate increased asset size by improving our operations rather than by building a new branch.
