Platform incorporates payment processing with content management, CRM, co-branding, affiliate reseller support and account management. Moving beyond payments processing to “payments management”, businesses and non-profit organizations can easily manage cash flow and incoming (receivable collections, online donations, etc.) or outgoing (employee, vendor, supplier, etc.) payments.

Our Enterprise level SaaS solution is developed on Microsoft ASP.NET framework with MS SQL Server 2005 database. The architecture and design supports exponential growth in customers and transaction volume. Innovative features allow for competitive differentiation and multiple revenue streams with higher margins.

The heart of the platform is its unique ‘On Demand’ Payment Management SaaS technology. Online payment services seamlessly tie together a business with its customers OR a nonprofit organization with its members and donors.

The online Management Console allows organizations to access detailed reporting, customer and member self-service portals, global notifications and alerts via email and/or text messaging keeping users informed throughout the payment lifecycle.

5. Payment Activities – Processing capabilities include:

  • Direct Payments (i.e., online collections, donations, accounts receivable, etc.)
    • i. Multiple Single and Multiple Recurring payments (via either ACH or credit card) are supported
  • Direct Deposits (i.e., payment to employees, suppliers, retirees, shareholders, etc.)

6. Payment Methods – Supports both Credit Card and ACH processing

  • The business, merchant and non-profit services supports being a Level 1 Merchant Service Provider and Payment Processor relative to credit card processing.
  • The Payment Platform business is currently certified and fully integrated payment processor with TSYS Acquiring Solutions (a wholly owned TSYS® NYSE: TSS subsidiary), the pre-eminent supplier of acquiring solutions and related systems and integrated support services. All merchant service and payment processing authorization and settlement transactions are processed through TSYS Acquiring Solutions.
  • The platform architecture is designed to easily integrate into most payment processors to support flexible business operations.

7. Comprehensive Billing Management – Extremely robust and flexible billing engine for calculating and managing customer fees.

  • Supports billing for both one-time and recurring fixed amounts, fixed amounts per specific period(s), as well as per transaction amounts (Direct Deposit ACH, Direct Payment ACH, Credit Card) and more.
  • Billing calculations and related transaction generation is 100% automated. For example, all fixed and/or “periodic” type billable items are generated automatically based upon business rules combined with an automated transaction scheduler. Similarly, all transaction based billable items are calculated and transacted immediately as customers create/upload billable payment transactions. The benefit is to never have to deal with accounts receivable collection matters nor the related administrative burdens.
